1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the nagdd88 platform at nagdd88.net, creating a player account, or using any of the products or services made available through the platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, crash games, and specialty titles — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with any additional policies published on the nagdd88 platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules or bonus terms communicated at the time of a promotion. Where any conflict exists between these Terms & Conditions and any specific bonus or product terms, the more specific document shall prevail in relation to that specific product or bonus.

Electronic Agreement

You acknowledge that these Terms & Conditions are entered into electronically. No physical signature is required for this agreement to be binding. Checking the acceptance box during registration, or continuing to use the platform after any notified amendment, constitutes a valid and enforceable expression of your agreement.

Capacity to Contract

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, that you are not a person barred from receiving services under any applicable law, and that your use of the nagdd88 platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of access.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on nagdd88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform for personal, recreational use only and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person with respect to any wager or game played on the platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of nagdd88, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the nagdd88 platform, nor are you subject to any active cooling-off period or self-exclusion arrangement.
• You have not been declared legally incompetent or placed under guardianship in your jurisdiction of residence.

Geographic Eligibility

nagdd88 is operated and marketed primarily for players resident in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or where nagdd88 does not hold a relevant authorisation are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with local law. nagdd88 makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available in jurisdictions outside its primary target market.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold one (1) account only on the nagdd88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Registration Information

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You must promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

nagdd88 reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration — or at any subsequent point — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension.

KYC Verification (Know Your Customer)

In order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to fulfil our responsible gaming commitments, nagdd88 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawal requests are processed:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming your name is associated with the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for deposits)

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request being made will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until compliance is achieved. nagdd88 reserves the right to withhold funds and close accounts where KYC requirements cannot be satisfied.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. nagdd88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. You must notify nagdd88 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the nagdd88 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). nagdd88 does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any conversion fees applied by your payment provider are outside nagdd88's control and are your sole responsibility.

Accepted Payment Methods

nagdd88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following BDT payment channels:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳200, minimum withdrawal ৳500
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳200, minimum withdrawal ৳500
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — minimum deposit ৳200, minimum withdrawal ৳500

Withdrawal Processing Times

nagdd88 processes the majority of bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during peak support hours (10:00–02:00 Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending or where a transaction has been flagged for manual review in accordance with our anti-money laundering procedures.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. nagdd88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Players must have completed any applicable bonus wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal of funds that include bonus money. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the removal of the bonus and associated winnings.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

nagdd88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence over these general provisions.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders only. Bonuses cannot be claimed on accounts that have not completed the required level of KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer is available to one account per household, IP address, and device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Bonuses credited to your account will be clearly identified as bonus funds in your account balance display.
• All bonus offers carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x). The wagering requirement must be satisfied in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Any unused bonus or associated winnings remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• nagdd88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or replace any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any amendment does not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in progress.

Welcome Bonus

The nagdd88 welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. The specific bonus amount, deposit threshold, wagering requirement, eligible games, and validity period are communicated on the relevant promotional page at the time of registration. Players must opt in to the welcome bonus prior to making their first deposit; retrospective claims will not be accepted.

Bonus Abuse

nagdd88 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on opposing outcomes to lock in a guaranteed profit, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine game participation, and collusion between multiple accounts. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and all associated winnings removed, and may face permanent account closure.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the nagdd88 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the nagdd88 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform's games, betting markets, or cashier functions.
• Exploiting any error, bug, or technical malfunction in the platform's software. You must report any such issue to support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, access control, or responsible gaming restriction implemented by nagdd88.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive conduct toward nagdd88 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Reproducing, transmitting, or distributing any content, data, or intellectual property from the nagdd88 platform without prior written authorisation.

nagdd88 reserves the right to investigate any account activity that it reasonably suspects may be in breach of these obligations. During any investigation, the relevant account may be suspended and withdrawal functionality restricted. nagdd88 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected account holder in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on the nagdd88 platform — including but not limited to the nagdd88 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of nagdd88 or its duly licensed third-party suppliers and game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content or software.

Any unauthorised use of nagdd88 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability. nagdd88 actively monitors for and pursues infringement of its intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

The nagdd88 platform and all services provided thereon are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While nagdd88 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation of the platform, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, free from errors, or free from security vulnerabilities.

Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nagdd88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of reputation — even if nagdd88 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Cap on Direct Liability

Where nagdd88 is found to be directly liable to you for any loss or damage arising from the provision of the platform's services, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the net deposits made to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Force Majeure

nagdd88 shall not be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, nor liable for any failure or delay in performance, where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, network outages, cyber attacks, natural disasters, or pandemic conditions.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your nagdd88 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@nagdd88.net. Upon receipt of a closure request, nagdd88 will process any pending withdrawal of your verified BDT balance to your registered payment method within three business days. Accounts cannot be closed while a pending bonus wagering requirement is active unless the player elects to forfeit the bonus and associated winnings.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, one year, or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business hour and cannot be reversed during the stated exclusion period. During self-exclusion, the account is locked against deposits, wagers, and login, though the player retains the right to withdraw any verified balance. Closure or Suspension by nagdd88

nagdd88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identity or payment information
• Suspected or confirmed bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated software
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering or other financial crime
• Where continued operation of the account would create legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for nagdd88
• At nagdd88's sole discretion, where it considers such action to be in the best interests of the platform or its player community

Where an account is closed by nagdd88 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any verified balance held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 14 business days.

10. Dispute Resolution

nagdd88 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and transparently. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to any aspect of the nagdd88 service — including but not limited to game outcomes, account decisions, payment processing, or bonus terms — you should follow the process set out below.

Step 1: Contact Support

In the first instance, contact our support team via live chat inside the platform or by emailing support@nagdd88.net. Please provide your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction references, dates and times). Our support team aims to resolve all complaints within 48 hours of receipt.

Step 2: Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the initial response from our support team, you may request escalation to our compliance department by stating this clearly in your follow-up communication. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior compliance officer and a written response provided within seven business days.

Finality of Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on the nagdd88 platform are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNG). In the absence of a demonstrable technical malfunction, all game results are final and binding. nagdd88 is not able to modify, reverse, or compensate for game outcomes that the player considers unfavourable but which were produced by a correctly functioning RNG.

11. Amendments to These Terms

nagdd88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — nagdd88 will provide notice of the change via a prominent notice on the platform and, where an email address is registered to the account, by email, at least seven days before the amendment takes effect.

Where an amendment is non-material (for example, a correction of a typographical error, a clarification of existing language, or an update to reflect a change in payment provider availability), the amendment may take effect immediately upon publication on the platform without prior notice.

Your continued use of the nagdd88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any proposed amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 prior to the effective date of the change.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the principles of general commercial law as commonly applied in international online gaming contracts.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through the process described in Section 10 shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent nagdd88 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in order to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm to the platform or its users.
